I have a reckless driving in the area of Chestnut and Orange Road. Caller's concerned about vehicles that are racing in the neighborhood all the time. She stated at the time of the call, vehicles are racing at the moment. She wants the area checked in a sound call as well. 10-4, I'll be en route. Which side of Chestnut were they on? She is on Juniper, and that's where she saw the vehicles. 10-4.
