Any units, 10-23, 12 Bolo, Northwest 34th Boulevard, 23rd Terrace. Reference to a white Toyota Prius, 28 of Sierra, Sierra Romeo Delta 04, swerving in and out of lane. One time it was driving two miles per hour and the speed limit. Vehicle is turning off onto 23rd Terrace. Caller is not following. Any units, you can make contact, notify 48 to Bolo 13.
