6 Boy 14. Go ahead. Sending you a welfare concern at Fite and Cullen. There is a what appears to be juvenile, approximately 14-years-old, that hurt himself on a dirt bike. He's walking away from the accident scene. Doesn't appear to be bleeding. He's wearing a black t-shirt, green helmet. Caller thinks he lived off of Lake Crest. Priority 3. Heading south on Cullen. 17 D 15, same tram.
