262 to all units, BFI is reckless driver. Last seen westbound 528, passing North State Highway 35. It's going to be a black GMC Arcadia. Unknown license plate. Missing the door handles on the driver's side of the vehicle. Occupied times two, plus a child in the backseat. Driving erratic. Brake checking other vehicles. Report stated at one point in time, vehicle looked like it was attempting to run another vehicle off the roadway. Caller does not... advise. Alvin, clear. 1147.
