Units, 23103 heading to Watsonville area. Started at Northbound Highway 1 at Dolan, near the power plant. It's a green with a white dump truck. Still getting RP. RP had to move to the right-hand shoulder to avoid the TC and let vehicle pass. Appears to be a male driver, unknown mark-in, and vehicle is beating. And this is two ago. Security 632, clear at 945.
