North Park 1, William 13. 1 William 16, 1065, a 22 juvenile. William 13. William 16. Opposing a 351 to Abigail and Northport Boulevard. Abigail Avenue, Northport Boulevard. Caller's reporting several juveniles on bikes, e-bikes in the middle of the road, stopped blocking traffic. They're headed towards the park now. Ongoing issue, time lapse of 5 minutes. There were cars that were stopped due to them being in the roadway.
