At Martha Rivers, 1523 Neil Hawkins Road in the overflow PVA. RP is a witness to a hit-and-run, and he's decided to stop with one of the vehicles that occurred about 10 minutes ago. He got into an argument with him. Robert Henry Edwards 5875 is going to be that vehicle. It's a white Acura that's, it looks like both of them have left at this point. The red Toyota Sequoia and the white Acura have left. Unknown DOT right now.
