Disturbance just occurred. It's 307 South 47, making contact with Serena. It's going to be occurring 10 ago. PR's a Demetrius Kennedy, 37-year-old black male, left unknown direction driving a white Chevy Equinox. He tore up the apartment and then attempted to strangle our caller. No code 19 or code 74, no weapons. 307 South 47.
