Responding to 1309 West Main Street, the graduate hotel. Caller advised that Omar is in a red shirt and keeps going in and out of the business, yelling, saying that someone has his phone. They advised that he's waiting for individuals to leave to start fighting. Caller works at the front desk. It's a Black male, late 60s, red shirt, jeans, bald head, gray hair.
