Caller stated approximately 20 minutes ago, she was driving eastbound on Capitol. She's not exactly sure where. She thinks it was by pick and save. We're thinking it's Capitol and Brookfield Road. She stated the top of her vehicle was underwater. Didn't know if it was a puddle between Brookfield Road and Kowloon, crossing 1060.
