units, I'll check out southbound 270, by the Germantown Road exit, Route 118, for a disabled vehicle on the right shoulder. My past advisor said the vehicle had this habit once on, it was there about 5 hours ago, and then he just passed it on his way home again, and it's still there. He believes that there is somebody in the passenger seat.
