Police have contained the complex and are focusing on entrances to locate the escaped woman.

Again, I contacted her and, uh, one complex she stopped. She started taking her shoes off. I told her don't run. She's detained. And she ran and threw her bag and ran to this complex right here. So she is under arrest.
