For a wrong-way driver, they put this at the 3254 Bardstown Road at the 264 ramp from Goldsmith in Bardstown. Said this wrong-way driver is a gray silver Ford Fusion at Goddard and Waterston going wrong way eastbound towards Middletown. So I assume it's 264 westbound traveling east.
