from state, westbound Huron from state, for a bigger black SUV with an unknown male driver that struck a pedestrian, fled westbound on Huron. Pedestrian had a minor scrape on the arm, otherwise was unharmed. U of M panel in the report requesting a BOL for the last one vehicle, and this is a five-minute delay. Much is clear, 0216 hours. Radio to 163. All clear. 3, go ahead. Clear.
