Hall 086 and Union 347 en route to the portable juvenile, 1852 East Sherman Street. We now have a second caller writing that the subject now has a knife after breaking the TV. He's currently walking down towards E Edward Street. Trying to get further as to whether or not he's intimidating anyone with it.
