Southgate, we're going to have a MDOP call. It's going to be at Wesley and Agnes. Caller saw three Black males taking things off of the neighbor's porch. The males were about 13 to 14 years old. They're heading down Wesley towards Dick. They're wearing ski masks, two head-on t-shirts, and the other had a possible hoodie. Caller saw them put ski masks on onto the streetlight.
