It's a check building, 305 East Country Club Road, Urbana. RP saw this on camera. It's a subject wearing a hoodie, tall, thin-build. RP caught a screenshot of them standing in the yard. Unknown what they did. The yard's fenced in. They shouldn't be in there. The camera is now telling the RP that the power is out.
