10-18 for a 10-16 subject, Charlie 4 at Stovehouse. Charlie 6, go ahead. 34-14, Governor's at Stovehouse. There's a white male in his late 20s, early 30s, wearing a white shirt. He's currently walking northbound in the parking lot. Keeps saying he was sent to this 10-20 on a mission and is now threatening people.
