484 Southeast 24th Drive, outside of apartment 138. Caller initially advised there was an ETOH subject trying to argue with the people in that apartment, but the caller wasn't sure of the relation, and then advised that it's actually not 22 Victor with the subject. He's just being loud and yelling in the breezeway. Bravo mic, slim-build, white t-shirt. Complaintant's requesting 10-25 in person. It's 2344. 82, you can handle us, LT. I'll take care of it.
