418 from county. Go ahead. Got a report of an unwanted male party out at 483 Williams Way. The neighbor has been a family member in the house who is refusing to leave. Is reported very intoxicated. Has not been physical, but is, but the calling party is worried that he will soon become. They advised negative weapons. It's a David Markell party.
