25 Sturgis Street. It's going to be a rooming house. Caller's reporting a male named Jose threatened to kill him with a baseball bat while holding the bat. Jose is still somewhere in the house, but caller ran back into his room. We did get another call back about five minutes later stating that he's back and banging on his door.
