3 Adam 16, 3 Adam 21. Hazard suspect in the area, 16959 Evans. 16959 Evans Plaza at Target. Caller's Bethany. She states there's four vehicles in the lot doing donuts. All four are trucks. There's a white, a red, a gray, and a black truck. Would like the parties to band and bard. They keep going out the west side of the lot, looping down by Casey's and returning. Unknown weapons, drinking drugs. 3 Adam 16.
