Units, have a security check at the Kansas overpass, 750 Kansas Ave. Passerby says that a male was standing on the overpass, no description, and the RP heard a loud popping. They weren't sure if it was a gunshot or a firework, no further. 3. Can you preempt us from this call and revoke them for MD 24? 10-4.
