Tower towards a disturbance, 1919 South 47th Street, 1919 South 47th. He is Brad, Hispanic male, mid-30s, digging holes outside of his house. He works for the landlord of the house to the south. Caller states son talked to him and told him not to do that. No obstruction, I can send Bixby to anyone.
