I have a request for law enforcement to respond to 707 South Oakwood Avenue in Beckley at the South Oakwood Apartments. Caller stated that there are 10 to 15 subjects that are on the back deck, smoking marijuana, drinking, and also playing loud music. Stated that she thinks only one of the subjects actually lives in the apartment building. She's not sure who the other subjects are.
