All units, special attention, Alcoa Zone 3. Got a report of a reckless driver, Peppertree Drive and Whitney Street, Peppertree Drive and Whitney Street. The complainant advised there's a black male juvenile driving a small black motorized bike that did not have headlights on. Advised he was driving erratically and tailgating. She could barely see him, no longer has eyes on him.
