Car 237 at 415 Elm Street for a driving complaint. RP stated it's going to be a black truck that was driving over the speed limit. Possibly the drunk thinks that it was one adult. It does have tinted windows. It may possibly be parking into someone's driveway. Again at 415 Elm Street. I copy. Is 401 Elm where the struck this car?
