13G44 evening, code 3 suspicious person at Broadway and Belper, Popeye's Sidewalks. A group of homeless people are blocking sidewalks. States just 12 suspects, but three of four of them threw items. Suspect followed the caller into McDonald's Popeye's. They're threatening them. A white male, goatee, white striped shirt, gray shorts.
