31 Delta. 33 Alpha. Coming in at 30th Avenue South, 34th Street South. 30 Avenue South, 34th Street South. The caller said there's a male jumping in front of vehicles. No weapons. He should be jumping in front of every car that goes by. It's a black male in his 20s to 30s, 6 foot, 250 pounds to 300 pounds. Last seen wearing a gray shirt, black shorts or pants, carrying a black sweatshirt in his hands. The time lapse that the complainant last saw this was about 5 minutes. Good morning, Ms. Anthony.
