That's clear. It's been upgraded to a code 1 assault in progress at 650 West Rankin. They said that a phone dropped. It sounded like somebody was assaulting someone else. Initially, there was a call about male inside the female's restroom exposing himself. Suspect should be black male, 3557 dreads, black shirt, basketball, gold on it, gray shorts.
