141, 142 central. 14. 14. 10-4, I got a disorderly, 2117 Lincoln Street, 2117 Lincoln Street. Caller wants to remain anonymous, advised that there are kids in front of the address, throwing rocks at vehicles. They also did advise they had possible 10-59s on them. Nothing further.
