2-800-East-36. Going to have to check subject recall at Flipper's Tavern, 1406 Avenue Q. It's going to be a Hispanic male with a brown jacket, jeans. Whenever they called earlier, they advised he appeared injured, was bleeding. They still believe he might be bleeding. They're not sure if he has any weapons on him. 10-4.
