Unknown, consciousness, breathing status. Also got a welfare check, 6250 South Cedar, outside the Panda Gourmet, for a male laying down in the parking lot. Appears to be breathing, has a wheelchair in the back, says some white male, black polo, black shorts, thin shoes, possibly has one leg. Center clear, 2004. Medic 65 and Car 51 are on scene. 65, okay. 10-18, they're on station 2.
