Responding to District 1102, 4308 Portsmouth Boulevard at Wendy's for an assault. It's going to be a 28-year-old female. Advised that she was pushed out of the store by the manager. Advising she has a head injury. Patient's going to be in front of the Spirit Halloween in a blue Ford Flex. PD is also en route. Timeout 1941.
