Wayne Forest 509. Go ahead. Wayne Forest 509, check on welfare. Going to be 1040 Suite 140 Forestville Road at the Jersey Mike's. Caller called in stating a 70-year-old female was driving the wrong way and parked. The female looked confused and is currently in the Jersey Mike's. 10-4.
