7 Goddard Street, speak to a male party, Joe. He's reporting three juveniles were just harassing him, pointing at him, swearing at him. One of them took off on a bicycle, had blonde hair, and the other one, the other two are in a basement at 9 Goddard. Right. Control, you get this straight, they were pointing at him and calling him names? Yeah, affirmative. They said that he was, they were pointing at him and swearing at him.
