Go ahead. 1980. Go ahead. Suspicious activity, 29 and Fair, eastbound. 18-year-old black male, no shirt, jean shorts, jumped down into the sewer, and when he came back up, he had a gun wrapped in a t-shirt. He's with a group of five or six individuals, one of them's pushing a stroller. They're now traveling eastbound on foot, 29 and Fair.
