Caller's reporting a 40-year-old white male or light-skinned male driving an unknown roofing company van. New York registration, Mary, Adam, Lincoln, 1990. A male, 1990, threw an apple and a cup of an unknown substance at the caller's vehicle. Continued northbound on 81 and the point 1722.
