3600 Portage Road at the Meijer. Caller was a passerby, no longer on scene. Advised that they drove by and saw a female inside of a vehicle in the parking lot and was crying. There was also a male inside. They're requesting a welfare check if possible. They were closer to the section C Charlie in a silver Chevy Malibu. 3600 Portage at the Meijer.
