On Washington Boulevard, in the area of number 1 Washington Boulevard, for a suspicious vehicle, it'll be a black Toyota RAV4, late model. Caller stated she saw the vehicle earlier today with a Bravo Mike driver standing outside of the vehicle with the door open in the middle of the roadway. She stated hours later, approximately 15 minutes ago, she saw the vehicle for a second time doing the same thing.
