Cars special, that's 141 eastbound, passing State Street and Granger. Report of a gray sedan, believed to be a Kia Forte, plate similar to Queen Boy Charles 120. That does not match. Some sort of road rage incident. Caller stated that they flipped off their driver and then swerved into their lane. The caller is no longer behind them. They continue eastbound on 141. Make your case, that was clear. 1514.
