25 units, for offense of a highway violence, Redwood to south of Grove. Suspect vehicle's a white Honda Ridgeline, 20 to 7370191. Similar plate only. Driver was making threats. It started over a merging issue, cut off the reporting. Parties are now separated. They're going to file a counter report and they have video of the incident. The victim was in a white Nissan Rogue. No further. Golding is clear.
