There is someone inside of it. A white male, black baseball cap, black shirt, baggy with saggy jeans, possibly intoxicated or uncontrolled substance. The vehicle is a black car, parked in aisle 4. The person inside the vehicle is a white female, red hair. She has now gone inside the store.
