They say the suspect's name, I guess it's going to be a Black male in his 30s, tall, small beard, glasses, and black shirt, unknown bottom on the scooter. I'm trying to call back, get no answer. 11 H 33, I got one from the detained. Okay, 11 H 33. One detained, 1318. 17.

That's clear. Can you repeat the address for us, please? We're having MDT issues. That's clear. It's going to be 2834 North Freeway at a mechanic's shop. That's clear. The suspect had a pipe they dropped. They changed it from a code 2 disturbance with a weapon to a hostage event in progress since the caller's locked in the business. That's clear.
