184. In the area of Washington and Broad Street, caller states there's a group of juveniles, about six juveniles blocking in the middle of the road. One kicked the complainant's car. It was a black male with dreads, wearing a black hoodie and black pants. He was tall and skinny. Break. My caller's not wanting contact. She's just requesting we check the area. They were last seen crossing the bridge headed towards Broad. Copy. Copy.
