The tracking system on the stolen laptop is currently not providing a location.

Police are tracking the stolen laptop using a company-installed tracking system.

 they think that maybe there might have been, like, a car or someone out there helping him

 because it seems like he already knew he was being filmed by the complainant.

Currently, he approached the complainant with a firearm under a paper bag, and he took the complainant's laptop.

 Then he disappeared for a little bit, but then they last saw him in the area of 21st and Cater.

 They just wanted this 17th, I think, to be aware of this male.

 Six foot, Hispanic male, white t-shirt, gray ripped jeans.

 Two years and then broke with the colleague.
