26th Ave South, 16th Street South, 26th Avenue South, 16th Street South. It's like some sort of a rolling dispute, northbound on 16th Street. Male and female having an altercation. Female was walking away from the vehicle. Male was chasing after her and cutting off her path on the road with the vehicle. Female's wearing a white shirt and gray sweatpants, putters were getting it.
