In the area of South Wade and Harrison Street. South Wade and Harrison. Caller found an unattended female child, maybe around 3, walking by herself. Two people just picked her up. I guess somebody's going to go over and check it out and make sure they're the right people. She was only wearing a shirt and a diaper, no shoes, and had a bag of snacks with her.
