444, 10-14. Go ahead. PSB has this vehicle pulled up on camera. They're going to be right before the 4500 South off-ramp, on the right shoulder, not blocking. There's also a white work van pulled over ahead of them on the off-ramp, unknown if they're involved. I can't see the debris in the area. I believe it's going to be prior to 4500 South. 10-4. 10-04 hours.
