147, you can go ahead. Start for Dillon Sunset at 1201 West Crawford. They contacted the RP, Robert, his employee there. Stated they had a 1-0 subject in his 40s in the alleyway who was sleeping on a pallet that they needed access to. When confronted, the subject became a lecher and refused to leave. He's been seen leaving the area eastbound in the alley on a bike. RP, if you'd like contact.
